Guidelines for filling the online application form

  1. Before filling the application, the parent should ensure that the name of the child, father & mother/guardian should be as per the government documents like Aadhaar card & Birth Certificate.
  2. Please read the Rules & Regulations carefully before filling the online form.
  3. Each field on the online form is compulsory.
  4. Please check the age criteria before filling the form.
  5. Age limit will be strictly adhered to. Students too old/Young for a class will not be admitted.
  6. Parents should ensure that the details mentioned on the Transfer / Leaving certificate of the child should match the details filled in the application with respect to Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Religion, Category etc.
  7. It is mandatory to submit the copy of Aadhaar of the child & parent. In case of a child not having an Aadhaar card, the parent should submit the enrollment slip (with 14 digit enrolment number) having applied for the same as evidence within one month of application. Failing that, the admission of the child ward can get cancelled.
  8. Name of the child, father & mother should be the same in Birth certificate, Aadhaar card & Transfer/leaving certificate of the previous school. In case of any discrepancy, the parent should get it sorted out within 1 month of submission of application & submit the revised documents to the School.
  9. The payment is to be made after filling out the form online. Once the payment is made, please preserve the unique code of the generated PDF file.
  10. Your form will be disqualified if it is not filled correctly or has multiple or invalid entries. You will then be asked to re-submit a new form along with fresh payment.

Minority Preference

  • All forms submitted under the Minority category will be scrutinized by the School Admission Committee.
  • Preference will be given to Hindi Linguistic Minority Students.
  • Admissions will be granted on a first come first serve basis.
  • Seats will be allotted to Hindi Linguistic minority students on priority.
  • Remaining seats will then be open to all the other applicants.

Admission for General Applicants

  1. The online Application Procedure will be supervised by the Admission Committee of the School. Parents who have applied for admissions will also be a part of that particular lucky draw meeting.
  2. The entry of names of Students will be made only after the Eligibility check for the Lucky draw process.
  3. A weekday will be fixed for the Lucky Draw & will be communicated to parents/online form applicants.
  4. The Lucky draw will be conducted in the presence of the parents/online form applicants by the admission committee.
  5. The names of the students selected through the Lucky Draw will be entered in the school register and signatures of all attendees will be taken.
  6. The names of the selected students, through lucky draw (of that week) will be displayed on the School Notice Board.
  7. On selection, the period for confirmation of admission and payment is 3 working days after intimation via email.
  8. If selected students do not take admission by paying the fees within 3 days after the list is displayed, the offer for admission will stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next candidate.
  9. The Lucky draw will be conducted as applicable.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Break-up of School Fee is as follows – Admission Fees + Term Fees + Tuition Fees.
  2. Fees can be paid in 2 instalments.1st Installment at the time of admission, 2nd Installment by 10th August 2023. Thereafter, a fine of Rs.100/- per day will be charged.
  3. School Admission Fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment at the time of taking admission, for New Admissions only.
  4. In addition to the fees, parents may need to meet expenses such as uniform, books, notebooks, school lunch, transport, school publications, educational trips, excursions, class activity/co-curricular material charges, activity charges, fees for public/board examinations, Annual Days & Sports Days and any other requirement in connection with their child’s education at Lexicon.
  5. Those opting for Transport: Transport for Term I (April to September) to be paid by 10th March 2023 along with a one-time non-refundable bus registration fee. Transport for Term II (October to March) to be paid by 10th August thereafter defaulters will be charged a fine of 50/- per day. If a student cancels the school transport before the end of a Term, Transport charges will be payable for the Full Term. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded or adjusted.
  6. All fees are to be paid either by NEFT, IMPS or cash payment at School/ Bank. The time period given for the payment of fees after confirmation of admission will be 3 days.
  7. The academic year has 2 terms. Term I -1st April to 30th September & Term II- 1st October to 31st March.
  8. If a student leaves the school before the end of a Term, fees will be payable for the full Term. Under no circumstances, will the fees be refunded or adjusted.
  9. In case of mid-session admission, Fees has to be paid for the full Term along with the admission charges. No part payment will be accepted.
  10. The fee schedule of the school is subject to change from time to time, at the discretion of te management of The Lexicon Schools. The school will communicate any fee revision to parents.
  11. No deduction in school fees or transport charges for vacations and broken periods will be entertained.
  12. Fees paid once will not be refunded in case of cancellation of admission.
  13. Once a student is registered in one school of Lexicon, no internal transfer is permissible to any other campus of The Lexicon Schools.
  14. If the admission is cancelled before the start of the new academic year, the school is not liable to refund any amount paid.

Refund Policy

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as: During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction. The payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not reach THE LEXICON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL – WAGHOLI account or payment gets debited twice due to server error. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the THE LEXICON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL – WAGHOLI. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.
